*Program Details

Bonus paid within 14 days of client’s final payment (final payment is due prior to delivery).
One bonus per order - An order may include multiple rooms of cabinetry, but must be submitted and processed together on the same date.
Orders $10,000-$29,999 earn $500
$30,000-$49,999 earn $1500
Orders $50,000 - $79,999 earn $2,000.
Orders over $80,000 earn $4,000.
Order totals do not include tax, shipping, or delivery costs.
W-9 required prior to payment.
