Currently on the boards…Our West Palm Beach condo project, where contemporary style meets rental-concious design. We reconfigured the floor plan to optimize entertaining space and create a warm, modern aesthetic. We love working with our clients on their primary homes as well as their vacation home-away-from-homes.

SW FLORIDA CONDO

A full gut renovation and floor plan reconfiguration. Our design intent was to infuse coastal charm, lightness, and efficiency into every inch of this 1100 SF waterfront condo. With rental potential in mind, we made efficient use of space while specifying finishes that can withstand the demands of high traffic use.

SEASIDE PARK

This package offers a cost and time-effective solution for individuals looking to enhance their living space without compromising their budget. This Seaside Park project was a remote design package for a client who wanted to prep their beach side condo for the summer rental market.

Northshore ApartmentS

We have had the pleasure of renovating apartments in the north shore area for the past decade. These projects vary from full gut renovations to updating finishes only. When designing for multi-family spaces, we consider aesthetics, functionality, and durability in equal measure.

DOwntown Pied-a-terre

This row home was a full gut renovation project. The client was looking for a new layout and a contemporary aesthetic. They engaged us early in the design process, drafting floor plan options maximizing bedrooms while optimizing natural light and city views, and providing mood boards for kitchen, baths, and living spaces finishes. Because we were engaged during the pre-construction phase, our full service interiors consultation ensured a smoother remodeling process that brought the client's vision to life.
